I just recently bought this game and of course my controller broke ( I usually dont have issues with this kinda stuff as I am carefull as all hell with these things ), I went through the ea support and they are sending me a new one and I will be sending the old one back. Ok so my question is it says there is NO fee for doing this but if you want it in 2 days you have to give a Credit Card number, which I did. So has anyone had any issues where they did charge even though you sent the instrument back ( they say if you dont return the Guitar its like 120.00 ), I am just a wierdo about these things I know.... Also it says at the end of the support something about a 15.00 fee even though it said NO FEE will be charged?? Can anyone who has gone through this already maybe shed some light for me here..

Its called the silent majority and the vocal minority. Only about 5 percent of people have a problem but its those 5 percent that come on the forums and vent. The other 95% are still playing the game and have no reason to come back on the forums.

My guitar is also broken, it does some kind of wierd lag thing every once in a while and my friend straighted the cord out and it almost all day today and I was contacting ea support by email for a while and they were good about responding in less than one hour but once I asked them about sending my guitar in and getting a new one they stopped talking to me. so I just did the online thing to send mine in and I just choose regular exchange thing since I dont have a credit card and my pre-paid debit card has only about $8 on it
