Question About DLC ..

I have been on these forums for around 6 months but theres still a question I do not know the answer to;

For downloaded DLC on band world tour is harder DLC included from the begining or only playbale towards the later parts of the BWT. For example is downloaded Metallica forced to be played at the beginning or is it not allowed towards the end when the BWT gets harder.

Wow just wow. Go to 1up or Ign and watch their reviews and previews. (I hate both sites for reviews but they get the info)

Or instead of that maybe you can simply give me the answer. It's not exactly terribly hard is it. I've also watched both Video Reviews but don't recall anyone saying much about it and it would be alot easier for me for someone to just tell me in writing.
