How did I get the Road Dog achievement but not the God Save the Band?

Never used any cheats or anything...

Have since tried playing UK set's and still get nothin...

it showed up today when i played yet another gig :)
i was just going to try to play them all to see if i could get it. it showed up on the make a setlist in london.

now on to the endless setlist.
