Hocus Pocus - Focus (Instrumental, Prog, and Vocals=Yodeling? Just Click and Listen)

I heard this song on the radio today (or technically yesterday seeing how its 1 in the morning) and thought it was the most hysterical yet incredible tune I had heard in awhile. As far as singing goes...the only sounds heard are yodeling and other gibberish made (I don't know about you, but I'd get a kick out of yodeling in a song). Instrumentally however, its actually pretty complex. Theirs organs, awesome guitar, very good drumming, and even some accordion!

Its not exactly number 1 on my wish list, but its so awesome I couldn't help but share it with some others. Post feedback.

My only fear is that when they chart vocals, they'll make it all talkies simply because it would too hard for people to Yodel, but especially at the gibberish. This song is always a thrill, especially live renditions where it's played x2 as fast (or even x3 if they're in the zone)

It just seems too badass to pass up. It'd be awesome even if the yodeling wasn't their, but the yodeling is what makes it glow and almost feel...necessary to put in :D.

Haha, I'd love to see this song make it into a RockBand DLC pack. That would be a laugh riot when performing it with a group of friends. Although I had no idea it was originally done by Focus(who?) as I've only heard the version by Helloween.

Their just isn't a song like it on Rock Band yet. Sure theirs joke songs, but none of them have anything remotely like yodeling...which would be a huge hit and laugh at parties :D. Besides, its complex too, so expert players would be pretty satisfied with the difficulty (Least I would think). I wouldn't die if it didn't make it, but its too big and bright of a jewel to flick away.

This was done by Focus in 1971 on the album Moving Waves. Their music is pretty good, also have another gem (Sylvia). The original singer of the band is still with the band, performing concerts so if they had to re-record it would work. Plus, I'm sure they'd love to since what I've heard about the band they are all easy going people.

Helloween simply made a cover of it, as well as Iron Maiden
