Are employees are forbidden from participation? For a Disturbed photo contest, I think a submission including John Drake would be a shoe-in. I can think of nothing more disturbing.

I think it's due to legal issues related to sending prizes from the US to other countries.

Judging from the Down With the Sickness video, the members of GWAR should be prohibited from participating as well. By the way, they want their act back.
