Haha I meant breaking the chain. However, Iron Tusk would be badass. My main issue with Mastodon was when I saw them live, I had a hard time telling their songs apart since I had never really listened to them before.

I've seen them live... fantastic performance. Mastodon is a great band... especially live if you enjoy them.

But the time I went... Mastodon got bottled because they played after Slipknot... I mean seriously, Slipknot fans bottling a good band?

That makes about as much sense as Jonas Brothers fans bottling Led Zeppelin

The Melvins hand picked Mastodon to open for them at the ATC Nightmare Before Christmas festival The Melvins said "Out of all the bands we inspired, Mastodon has to be the best"

And Metallica has Mastodon opening for them for the last leg of their Death Magnetic Tour later this year... just as long as Mastodon doesn't take any tips from good ol' Lars we're good

Hell yea man. I vote for their whole discography. Every album is great and each is better than the next. I can't wait for Crack the Skye. I heard one track will have a piano part. So they might be changing styles a bit.
