Now that I think about it, I don't recall ever hearing the crowd sing along in any of the ones I've downloaded (Roxanne, My Sharona, Fortunate Son). Granted, sometimes I may not be paying attention, but I usually tend to remember hearing the crowd sing along, because its one of the cooler parts of the game. If they did in fact leave this part out of the DLC, I'd be a little sad, because it makes the DLC seem a little incomplete.

So you're saying that you don't recall hearing the crowd singing along? For the love of rock, please I hope they didn't leave the crowd singing out, it's one of the best things I love listening to. I even put my friend's vocal settings low (Whenever we play multiplayer and he sings. He still doesn't know I altered with his options.) just to hear the crowd.

:( I really hope someone that knows for sure if the crowd sings along responds to this, if they leave this out of DLC that'll be kind of a downer, but it's not too big of a deal. Is one hell of a nice touch though.

I downloaded the QotSA, Joker & the Thief, and The Police pack today and played them, and sadly, the crowd does NOT sing along with the music. =/ ...correct me if I'm wrong.

Yeah, thats kind of true. Though I'd like to hear the crowd try to sing along to Roxanne, particularly the part where Sting keeps singing the "put on the red light" part over and over.

That was actually the only part I could think of haha. That or having them yell out Roxanne during that section along with or in place of the background vocals akin to what is done during Foreplay/Long Time.

Well, normally, in any concert, the crowd normally knows the "chorus" of a song, so the chorus in every song HAS to be the sing along parts.

... for example.

I /can/ see them possibly doing the chorus to Joker and the Thief or Roxanne, but there are some songs I just wouldn't expect it.

Ehh.. they mostly do that in every song in the game. I still hope Harmonix adds the crowd sing alongs. But, as of right now, it's better than nothing, I guess.

Blackened and And Justice For All are the most fun I've had playing a plastic guitar. Playing it captures the sort of relentless energy you felt when you first listened to those songs.

Do you need it on Expert? I have a frickin' hard time just playing on Hard (and failing). I guess I could run it in Practice mode so I never fail and all the notes are shown, but wouldn't my constant errors just ruin the experience? :)

Anyway, I bought a bunch of DLC so I could easily make some videos. In fact, I'm going to do that anyway because I was planning on uploading it to GameTrailers so more people can see and hear what the DLC is like.
