Drummer of the Jimi Hendrix Experience.

July 9, 1947 – November 12, 2008. Died of natural causes.

One of my favorite drummers OAT. He had a very innovative and technical jazz-like drumming style that I admired.

Although I haven't listen much to Mitch Mitchell's work, he will be sorely missed.
