I was messing around with my electric drum set and a couple instrument a little while back and i decided to lay down a couple songs.

both songs i wrote and played guitar, bass, drums, and sang on. the rap song i used a flange pedal for the guitar. the rap song was kinda a joke..i made the beat just screwing around on my drums and i was like this sounds pretty good...let me add a little bass.. and then the guitar part sounded right so i made up the lyrics lol. if anything the beat sounds good i think.
the quality is bad cause i did it on my 4track recorder.
the song artificial sweetener is like the "real" song. its about a girl that kinda just tells you what you wanna hear, you think she likes you the way she talks to you but you aren't really sure ..and it makes you feel good..but in reality its just a false hope that never comes to fruition.. but also it's about dealing with those feelings with self-medication and how that's just another false way of feeling better - its fake. hence, "Artificial Sweetener"
