I am SO FRUSTRATED. Out of nowhere. I'm playing in a score duel, and my red pad stops working. Just stops. Nothing cracked, buzzed or yelped in pain.
I checked the connections - good. Rebooted - nothing. Still doesn't work. All other pads working just fine.
I've searched for 10 minutes and can't find where I go for Ion support.
PLEASE point me in the right direction. I bought them through Amazon, and my confirmation email is at work. I'd like to email support tonight if possible.
These are way too expensive to break after ONE MONTH ...thank you for any help you can provide.
