There's a lot of really good artists that have been mentioned not through mainstream media, but still have some amazing songs that have the dynamic that's conveyed in Rock Band. Not all TBS/A7X/MCR/AFI/PaD songs have employed that dynamic. Try looking towards indie rock (thanks for The New Pornographers, btw)
What I'm thinking is:
Blur - Beetlebum
Radiohead - Paranoid Android
LCD Soundsystem - Daft Punk Is Playing At My House
Sonic Youth - Silver Rocket
Kings Of Leon - Knocked Up (maybe also Charmer)
Arctic Monkeys - Brianstorm
Franz Ferdinand - Take Me Out
Klaxons - Atlantis To Interzone, Golden Skans, Magick
The Rapture - Whoo! Alright - Yeah....Uh-Huh
Cold War Kids - Hang Me Up To Dry
Soulwax - Slowdance
Blonde Redhead - Dr. Strangeluv
The Fratellis - Chelsea Dagger
TV On The Radio - Staring At The Sun
Kasabian - Shoot The Runner
Juliette & The Licks - Hot Kiss
Gorillaz - Clint Eastwood, 5/4, M1A1
Broken Social Scene - KC Accidental *there's no excuse for this one if you have New Pornographers*
what you really...REALLY have to put on is BLOOD RED SHOES. *any single*
Those are my suggestions...if anyone is interested in giving these songs a shot, please message me. Thanks.

Those are my suggestions...if anyone is interested in giving these songs a shot, please message me. Thanks.
By the way, these bands are mainstream. Artic Monkeys, Kings Of Leons, Kasabian, The Fratellis (S***, S*** wankers), Gorillaz, Klaxons, Radiohead and a few others have all had either number 1 - 5 albums or singles.
But please for the love of god no Fratellis, Klaxons or any sh*tty nu rave.

Yeah, but when I meant mainstream, I meant MTV-plastered, countdowns, and such...
A lot of people on the forum request emo bands, bands that have definitely hit the mainstream for some whacky reason...we just need balance, that's all.

My tops:
Clap Your Hands Say Yeah - In This Home on Ice or The Skin of My Yellow Country Teeth
The Flaming Lips - Mr Ambulence Driver, Fight Test or This Here Giraffe.
I would give my right nut to see any of these songs in Rock Band. And if you haven't heard them, go to Youtube now!
