First off, let me just say I have 2 kids. Of the many great moments we have as a family, jamming to rock band and other similar games rank up with the best. That said, they are younger and it takes a bit for them to pick up on songs (which hurts their interest level).

Was just thinking how awesome some Jonas Brothers or Hannah Montana (or similar) DLC would be. No worrying about them picking up the lyrics, etc. Just fun for the family. At that, I think its a perfect for DLC so nobody is forced to play it.

I know I'm not the only parent who games with the kids, particularly with these party type games. Add in those fans of the kid-rock genre and I bet there is a pretty good market.

Not sure how licensing and that would all work out, but figured I'd throw it out they. Here's hoping :-)

i agree it would be good for rock band as a company but... there may be a slight chance i will kill myself the day they decide to make this decision. :)

Hannah Montana has her own games so that'd be doubtful. Might be able to get Achy Breaky Heart though. :p

Yeah, I'm not holding my breath. I don't know, maybe a 3 song 'Disney Stars' pack or something to test it out.

There's one on DS. Think it was called Hannah Montana Music Jam. Don't know what the Wii one is,only saw it in the store.

PLEASE no!!! Now I know I would not have suffer in that I would not have to pay for these songs but I would have to suffer in that if they spend time on these songs, then they will not be spending time on other DLC. So please no. Also I probably would have to suffer through these songs because of my sister but thats of a more personal problem.

Im pretty sure they won't do this, because there isnt a big enough fan base for those Disney people that play rock band. The majority of people that like disney are little girls. Little girls don't play rock band. Im pretty sure 1/600 people that play rock band would download those songs (I know I wouldnt).

This is a great idea. Never really thought of it. My niece came over and even though she loves the music I listen to she was asking me for Disney music.

(All 3 of my little girls play rock band. I just can't let them play much because there aren't enough good song choices for little girls.)

Miley's own stuff would be even better, imo. It's much more rock genre than the HM Pop Princess stuff. (Not that I don't like HM, I do, but I like Miley's original stuff better.)

While I agree that they should expand their demographic by offering more family-friendly songs, I don't really think any songs from those two would really work in the Rock Band gameplay. Well, maybe Jonas Bros., since I haven't heard much of their stuff, but I can't think of any of Hannah's songs that would work.
