So yeah i just saw this, although i have heard the new Cold Cave I will try out the others.

Oh, and why have i never heard the gorgon before? is it like some collective of HOR regulars?

Pretty much. I need to get another post up - I kinda had a rhythm going with reviews, then got stuck with an album that I still don't know how I want to review it.

I've just been too lazy/uninspired to write recently.
Plus I'm a ****ty writer doesn't help.

I'm insisting I'm not going to post another review until I get this one straightened out, though. Have a couple of ones already written once I figure out what the hell I actually think about this new Sky Architect album.

Oh, I'm tempted to. I just can't convince myself yet whether or not it's really that good. Maybe it just needs a couple more listens on its own, as it's definitely a different beast than their first offering (the first was mostly Porcupine Tree-style heavy prog, whereas this new album is extremely heavy on jazz fusion and krautrock influences, a radical change for a band only a year removed from their debut).
