Start with Gala, then Spooky, save Split for last. It's my personal fave, but that's just me. Lovelife is only if you're a completist, it sounds nothing like other Lush.

Oh, and for PT, my primary exposure is Fear of a Blank Planet, from 07. It's quite awesome.

I've really been into post-punk lately, anyone feel like suggesting some bands for me to check out? Preferably stuff I wouldn't otherwise know about, you can skip the obvious bands/albums because I can almost guarantee I've already heard (or at least heard of) them.

Just a few albums you might not have:

    The Chameleons-Strange Times
    Echo and the Bunnymen-Crocodiles
    The Feelies-Crazy Rhythms
Pere Ubu-Dub Housing and Street Waves
    The Soft Boys-Underwater Moonlight
    Volcano Suns-The Bright Orange Years

Also, definitely look into all of the bands stasis suggested. You are probably going to like/love at least 80% of those bands.

He asked for the non-obvious. As far as post-punk albums go, that's up there. Unbelievable album though.

I should have known you'd be the first to throw a huge list of bands I've don't know at me... Well, except for The Chameleons and The Feelies, both of which I know and love.
