Best place to start with Yeah Yeah Yeahs?
^ Fever to Tell
well if you want to take it to the gym, i think cannibal corpse would be the way to go to get pumped up. it will take a while to get desensitized to their lyrical themes.
Lyrical themes:
1. murder
2. rape
3. zombies
4. torture etc.

Are Fear Itself good?
I need Spock's Beard recommendations, and that goes for singles, albums, EPs, everything
So I'm really digging the soundtrack to WET. Should I just check out the catalogs of the bands featured in the game and then seek out others like them or should I start seeking out others now?
Seconding that, although I haven't heard V yet.
For the most part, though, you're safe skipping the D'Virgilio era completely (besides Feel Euphoria).
That should be a rule of prog by now... as good of an idea as it sounds at the time, never let the drummer become the lead singer...
Getting the Beatles remasters next Saturday and wondering what solon stuff I should pick up. I've already heard John Lennon/Plastic Ono Band and Imagine. Other suggestions?
I quite enjoy McCartney's self-titled debut, and Ringo's 'Beaucoups of Blues', but what do I know?
Check out George Harrison's All Things Must Pass and McCartney's first few albums with Wings as well.
So Wild Life, Red Rose Speedway and Band on the Run for Paul?
Yeah. I was never a fan of McCartney's solo work, so I can't speak for that. You might also want to check out Harrison's work with the Traveling Wilburys. It's not really his solo work per se, but it's still excellent anyway. Either of their albums is great.
i need some recommendations for "dinosaur jr."(ex.pick me up) and "the small faces"(ex.happiness stan). any suggestions would be great. thanks
Are either of the sans-Waters Pink Floyd albums any good?
For Paul, I think McCartney II and Venus and Mars are pretty good (and I assume you've already listened to Band on the Run).
For Ringo, "Ringo" is pretty damn good.
Have you listened to his self-titled? That's rather good as well.
Eh, not really.
I've been looking to give Testament another try. What's their best Thrash album? (because I've heard some of their stuff isn't fully Thrash.)
Iron & Wine?
So I guess that's a no for Fear Itself?

I think this is who he's talking about. I highly doubt it's the thrash one.
Can someone recommend me some Death? I heard these two songs and was blown away.
For Death going in reverse order is probably how I'd do it.
