If you managa all that you should get the GS on the last held note.

    (yeah it's star power still)

That is not true. I don't have gold on I Feel Fine on any instrument, but I have the achievement it's tied to. Gold stars in band definitely count toward the achievements (did the same with I Me Mine).

This song was annoying as f... with guitar/bass and drums but i was finally able to GS it on vocals harmony. I got 131k with 99% and just missed one phrase towards the very end; only took me two tries. Hope that helps out anyone.

Guitar is very easy, just FC it (100% no overhits) and use Beatlemania on three note chords when you have 1/2 of the bar filled, then 3/4 of the bar filled.

Vocals are easy also, again, FC the song and use Beatlemania when 1/2 of the bar filled and 3/4 of the bar filled.

Bass is IMPOSSIBLE to GS, stop trying it people.

Drums you have to FC to get.

That shouldn't be what is necessary to both get Gold Stars and get an Achievement. I understand Achievements being tied to Expert playing, but they should still be "accessible" to anyone that can proficiently play ANY of the instruments at that level. Otherwise the achievement should be tied to Vocals rather than letting people get frustrated when they are primarily a Bassist or Drummer or whatever...

You can get gold stars on this song on drums, or guitar, or vocals, just not bass. All I said is that it's easiest on vocals, and that's just my opinion. Others might have found it easier on guitar. For me, it was vocals.

"I Feel Fine" is ridiculous for full band gold stars... 648K doesn't do it. That's 100% on everything but drums, 99% with a 500-something streak, and pretty good overdrive merging. Missed it by an agonizing 1000 according to http://rockband.yajags.com/cutoffs/.

Easy enough to do on vocals, thankfully.

I got gold stars on this song on guitar even after missing one note (99%). My score: 75,431 points. Gold star cutoff is 75,408.

Thanks for the link. Some of the gold star cutoffs are insane!

HMX needs to patch this one. I really want the John Lennon pic but I feel fine is really getting on my nerves. I can't do vocals for my life, I can't FC even half a song on drums and this is one of three songs I'm having trouble with on guitar (the others being revolution, back in the USSR and the end)
