FYI, you can delete one credit card on xbox.com. I just think you have to put one in its place. Maybe so, maybe not. I know ive deleted one before.
Either xbox.com or billing.microsoft.com
Even though I didn't have a rough a time with this issue as a lot of you did, I just want to thank everyone a part of this forum for contributing to this thread. With no help on 'the other end' it's nice to see everyone put in their little bit of input that may have helped someone else solve this issue.
For those who are still having issues, keep plugging away at it...there is hope.

I'm having the same problem. I've tried all the steps that everyone has written about on here. Here is what I have noticed. When I check my purchase history, the thing that comes up says "LEGO Rock Band Export Pack". I have nothing that says "license key". I have already used the code that came with my game. I put the code in and redeemed the DLC code thru the Xbox website and not the actual Xbox itself. Would that have caused the problem? Thanks to all for your help.
i had trouble getting my code from the insert to work it kept telling me it couldnt find the code but i kept at it and it finally gave me my code, but now i keep getting the error everyone else is having, i put it in an it says this entitles you to download (etc.) but i cant push the confirm or nothing then the error pops up , i hope this all works for everyone i just want me some final countdown, in rb2, its one of my fav songs
