Yes, they are real, but they are RB1 drums meaning, they suck very badly and extremely easily break, pedal or pad. It's not worth any money at all IMO.

If you only have a small amount of cash, then buy this RB1 Value Edition set for £40 and sell all the other stuff..

The best drums in the UK are from the Limited Edition set, which you can also buy the cymbals for :) But that set costs £110+

This is a wild exaggeration. I've had my RB1 drumset since it launched and they haven't broken in any way.
They're a good budget alternative if you don't mind them being wired to the console and having no expansion ports for cymbals.

All RB1 drums are wired. We never got the Rock Band 2 drums in the UK, so the only wireless drums are the ones that come with the Beatles (and currently are not available separately).
