Tonight's Shameless was good and used more storylines from the UK version.

It was also revealed that Mandy's mom (Mimi?) is dead in the US version. One of my favorites from the UK version (until she meets Billy) so that kind of sucks.

shameless (US). i'm an episode behind, maybe 2. sheila just sat on grammy's face, it was just too sad and funny at the same time.

i only watched the uk version from season 3 and on so i don't know the differences yet. mimi is awesome in the uk version, i love singing "don't go breaking my heart" when we karaoke because of her. the US cast is awesome, too bad we don't get to see what they do with an american mimi.

Mimi is one of my favorites and the Maguires as whole are awesome so it does suck that only Micky and Mandy are in the US version (and US Micky is not as good as UK Micky).

The UK version is (or was) very good and I recommend you kelp watching it. Its on Netflix but only seasons 1-5. I hope they put up 6-9 eventually (especially now that you cant just watch them online).



And I loved that whole scene with Sheila sitting on Grammy's face.

i actually like the US mickey better - supposedly he wasn't much in this season because he was working on some movie. the uk mickey is very slap stick cartoony, at least in the last few seasons.

I love the UK Micky, but I hate the way he was written off the show.

US Micky is just a dick to poor Ian. And UK Ian was a dick to poor Micky.

The new Community episode was glorious as always. That creepy smile of Troy and Abed towards Andre had me in stitches. Surprisingly many genuinely funny Britta lines this episode too.

Britta was great. And the dean saying that hes shocked that Shirley learned all of that at his school.

I have not watched a single minute of Community.

i watched a few eps of community last year and it didn't grab me at all. and i'm a fan of mchale.

i'm now caught up with shameless (us) - it's simply awesome.

i watched ep 9 and 10 of the walking dead and i have to say i really hate rick, his son, his wife and the embryo she carries. i also hate most of the characters. a good end to the season would be if all of them died and they started fresh next season.
