If I may suggest:

1) Join the muse.mu site (and forums). Members of the site get access to fan only pre-sales. That's how I've purchased most of my tickets.

2) Since you're in LA, join the KROQ street team. They tend to have pre-sales for Muse shows when the band is going to be on tour in SoCal (usually the day after the fan pre-sale).

Drove down to Munich 13 days ago to see them, 7 hours in my ****ty Ford, 600 km and 70 € for the gasoline, but DAMN, it was worth it!
These guys know how to perform live, and I'm a great fan, so I'm sure as hell sign this thread, we need moar Muse guys :D

No, it was fun actually, I had 2 friends with me who entertained me during the ride, and on top of that I discovered that Munich is a pretty cool city :D (Only bad thing was the gasoline price...)
