    So I played the Xbox360 GH2 today...
I played it at a Game Crazy.
So the guitar kinda sucks for me.
For one, The top point of the explorer gets in the way of my arm.
The strap is in a tricky position.
And the neck feels about a foot shorter.
Graphics kicked ass, and I could tell the songs were now in HD.
I couldn't nail some of my hammer ons like in the PS2 version, but maybe thats me.
Who knows, all this time with my SG i'm sure this pointy alien controller would feel different for anybody.
Anyone else played the 360 version?

yes, took a couple songs to get used to the new neck/buttons, but now they feel better than ever. I do not like the big spike that comes out though. digs into my arm. plus the whammy is unresponsive sometimes. not too much though.<br>

I haven't gotten a chance to try it yet, but the promise of downloadable content and the extra tracks are definitely making me jealous.

<P>I hear that the downloadable tracks are ungodly expensive.</P>
<P>This could quite well be wrong, but I heard it was 6.95 for THREE songs; ports from the original Guitar Hero.</P>

    </p><p>Yeah IGN did the math:</p><p>"<span id="ctl00_ctl00_cphMainContent_ccThreeColumnConten t_ccThreeColumnTwo_cphMainContent_rptEntries_ctl00 _BlogEntryView1_lblMessageBody">
This makes the equivalent for the 30 licensed tracks in the original
    Guitar Hero $62.50, or $97.91 if you add in the 17 bonus tracks...</span></p><p><span id="ctl00_ctl00_cphMainContent_ccThreeColumnConten t_ccThreeColumnTwo_cphMainContent_rptEntries_ctl00 _BlogEntryView1_lblMessageBody">
At $62.50 for the 30 tracks, that's almost as much as the original game
WITH a guitar for the PS2, and much more than the game by itself, which
sold for $39.99. Now add in the equivalent bonus tracks and it's like
buying Guitar Hero I for as much as the Guitar Hero II bundle (guitar
included) for the Xbox 360. Something is very wrong with that logic.

The unresponsive whammy bar was fixed by the first patch.
