The entire Building the tower album is available for the 360 as is Indoctrination from their newest album (and four more songs are coming from that albums as well). -

Actually that is the full new album that is eligible for Rock Band Network. Two of the songs are remixes of songs from Building the Tower and the third is a cover. So out of the eight tracks we've got the five that can come to RBN :)
