Currently playing Fallout 3 and Ratchet and Clank All 4 One.

Finally got myself unstuck in Fallout and I got myself stuck in R&C.

I traded in Far Cry 3 and a few other games I didn't want anymore at EB Games, and got Call of Duty: Black Ops 2, which was surprisingly more fun than I expected. The campaign is the best Call of Duty campaign I've ever played, and I've been playing them since Call of Duty 2: Big Red One. The story is good, though there are quite a few needless swears in some of the early cut scenes. It's not the best story a game could offer, but it's a big step up from MW3. Also, even though the campaign isn't very long, it feels like it wasn't just tacked on, and that Treyarch actually cares about people who like the single player. The multiplayer feels surprisingly smooth for a Treyarch game. It's very polished, and refined, not glitchy and feels more like the Infinity Ward games in terms of core gameplay, like running very smooth as I already stated. The graphics are also a bit better. They look pretty good on the 360, though not as stunning as Halo 4, or a max settings game on a PC, like Battlefield 3.

The Zombie mode is good, but my experience online in Zombie mode is pretty negative. The majority of the time when I enter a game with people, they either ready up, to start the game. Then when it starts only myself and sometimes 1 other of the 4 players are actually doing anything. Or I enter a game and no one person readies up except me, or maybe one other person, but you need at least 3 of four people to ready up before you can start a game. One time I entered a game and the three other people were chatting away on their microphones, but none of them readied up, so it wasn't that they were AFK or in console terms "away from controller," they just weren't readying up.

I've come to the conclusion it's been a very good purchase. It's not extremely innovative, but it's showing that at least Treyarch knows how to still make a good Call of Duty game. I used to always prefer Infinity Ward, but I think Treyarch has finally topped them. If you've liked past CoD games like the original MW, (even if you've found the last 2 or 3 games disappointing), and don't ask for a ton of innovation, though Black Ops 2, still has it's innovations, then Black Ops 2 would be a very good choice for a game to buy.

I'll try Black Ops 2. I do enjoy the CoD campaigns, even some of the ones people didn't seem to like (MW2, I believe). The zombie mode on BO1 was fun too, but I've had the same issues with you. Even if your teammates are there, lack of communication will definitely cut your rounds short.

I've also been getting into the heart of the Dragonborn DLC for Skyrim. It's great, feels almost like a whole new game. For any detractors that said the missions weren't varied enough in Skyrim, Dragonborn mixes it up quite a bit with tasks and quests.

I've been playing through Borderlands (the first one) and enjoying a lot more than I did on the PC back when it came out. Plus I got the Game of the Year Edition so a second disk came with it that gives you all the DLC add-ons for it, saving me $30-40.

Finally got Far Cry 3 for Xmas and it's just as awesome as I expected it to be. So far I played the opening mission and now I'm just walking around hunting and doing outposts/radio towers. :)

Received Dishonored for the holiday and played literally just the first few minutes. I'm stoked to get into it, but I must say, the graphics thus far look terrible.
