There goes the achievement. I personally prefer drums anyhow.

I couldn't tell you how many times I choked on the last solo. It's a very easy solo, but after 7-8 minutes you tend to forget about it. Much like the solo of The Camera Eye

Yeah, I tried today but choked on the first consistent fast part right before the quarter greens and single hammer on. Might try again later. Same issue with killing moon. Strummed like crazy during its fast part and still missed one!

My epic fail of the week has to be my Rock Band 3 Xbox 360 disc cracking AGAIN. This is the THIRD TIME this has happened to me. It's in the same spot as last time...on the rim of the inner circle on the disc. Absolutely ridiculous. Not to mention this was on a copy of the game that was the Mad Catz re-release (bought it used, but looked brand new). Obviously they didn't fix the disc being so fragile. Installing the game to the HDD doesn't help, because the system still has to spin the disc to check it. All it does is slightly prolong its life until the crack gets worse. Ugh I'm so frustrated at this right now.

Buy it on GoD if you are on 360. $20 and more more discs ever.

The Killing Moon: Guitar. Semi-hard solo, but you managed to SRFC Infinite Dreams on bass, and it can't be much harder than that.
The Look: Guitar or bass. One has awkward chords, one has alt-strumming.
Beast and The Harlot: Vocals...just. This is the hardest one.
King George: I believe I got this on bass, but it might trip you up a few times.
    I Feel Good: Keytar?
    BoRhap: Bass.
Humanoid: Anything. Even drums is pretty managable.
Been Caught Stealing: Bass or vocals, both are pretty simple.
Crosstown Traffic: Do harmonies and ignore Jimi's line in the choruses and second half.
    Break on Through: Vocals.
    Portions for Foxes: Keytar.
One Armed Scissor: Bass, but even that is tricky.
Dead End Friends: Just practice the hell out of vocals.

Thanks Lowlander. In fact, I already beat I Feel Good and Break on Through on Bass. I'll try your other suggestions like the keytar and harmonies. My attack will follow:

Killing Moon: I'll try Guitar again. I just choke on the beginning riff

The Look: Awkward chords are my bane, so unless I practice the few phrases I miss like crazy, I may be stuck with Bass.

BatH: Gotta be vocals I think. Continuous, combo-breaking fast strumming on Bass will exhaust me for sure.

King George: What trip me up are those tiny, troll face hammer-on's during the transitions of consistent alt strumming (ie alt strumming blue, quick orange hammer on, alt stumming orange)

BoRap - Gotta be Bass. I choke as soon as I get to the fast part with the scaling mix of strum notes and hammer on's. I'll probably just strum all of them.

Humanoid - Might go for Drums since I came close awhile ago.

Been Caught Stealing - Bass is incredibly annoying for me on this, so I think I'll go with vocals

    Crosstown Traffic: Harmonies, why not?

    Portions: Keytar, like you said

One armed Scissor: Bass, but same issue as King George with those trolling quick hammer on transitions

Dead End Friends - Vocals isn't so bad. I'm not worried about this one. Almost got it on Bass before.

    What I did was:
    Killing Moon - Keytar
The Look - Bass (Have done it on guitar but much harder)
    King George - Bass
    BoRap - Bass
    Humanoid - Bass
Been Caught Stealing - Bass (Spent a long time grinding this)
    Crosstown Traffic - Bass
Portions - Keytar (Also done on vocals)
    One Armed Scissor - Bass
Dead End Friends - Vocals (kept getting FC -1 but eventually got it)

My problem is Roundabout (got a few near FCs on vocals) and BatH (If only HMX charted the keys on this).

EDIT: Just got FC -1 on Roundabout Vocals (My fail of the week)

Definitely going to do this once I have the money. Thankfully I had a disc warranty at Gamestop, so they replaced it for free. But I'm not going to take any more chances...it's way better to get the GoD version than stick with the disc.
