My drumset has a problem where if I hit the yellow and green cymbals at the same time, 2 out of 5 times it will register the green one as the tom, thus essentially making you lose combo. The way to counteract this is to hit the two cymbals about about a millisecond apart from each other, which isn't too hard.
I was going through my library and realized I never actually played Get Free on Pro. I FC the entire song up until the very last hit, which sure enough is a Y+G+Kick. I accidentally hit the cymbals at the same time, and broke combo. Yep, missed the last note and was due to a hardware problem. At least it's a short song.
