Actually, they are available, you just need to get them through the Rock Band store as SCEE made a complete balls up with the Playstation Store.

Yeah, I had no problem picking the pack up anyway. And the pack is on the PSN store as well. Not sure about the singles.

The only RBN tracks still missing are:

Blackguard - This Round’s On Me
Francisco Meza - The Restless Mind
Jerry Naylor - That’ll Be the Day
The Blue News - Just A Game

The rest are available through the RB3 in-game store, or you might find them in that new look mess of a PSN Store (I really hate what they've done with it).

Today it has been 6 months since I bought and paid for the Cinderella pro upgrade. It still says "no content" when I try to download it. What's going on, HMX?

As mentioned previously, a lot of the pricing / availability issues were back burnered while we worked with Sony on launching Blitz and the huge back catalog DLC sale. We bumped all of these legacy issues once the sale went up and I'm not sure what the latest update was on this specific issue.

I'm just getting back into the office after several weeks on vacation and I'll bump this with our Production team once again when I meet with them later this week. Rest assured that we've flagged all these issues to Sony, and we'll continue to request that they resolve them as soon as possible.

Preemptive update: the Green Day single for “Extraordinary Girl” will likely be delayed until 11/27/12 in SCEE (aka PS3 international). There was an issue with QA but we'll resubmit as quickly as possible.

This track will still be released on time in SCEE as part of the American Idiot album.

Later update: there were several small issues with the Green Day content on the PS3 in Europe, namely an incorrect price for the full Dookie album, and The Static Age and Restless Heart Syndrome not appearing in the UK (though they should be available in all other regions).

We've just heard from SCEE that these issues should all be resolved by early next week.

So... any words on fixing these missing songs?
