It wasn't a rock,
It was a ROCK JOHNSON!
I don't know why I thought of the B-52's.

ROCK JOHNSON!!! Down, down...
how about they call it RockHudson. i'm sure there'd be no trademark issues with that name.
Maybe they could call it "RockGod" or "RockLegend" or "RockMaster" or "RockBeast". I was going to say that they'd better hurry before "BandFuse" eats their lunch in Europe but, though it's scheduled for 2012 release, I don't get a sense that it's imminent. Also, it's currently only announced for the Xbox.
But they're doing a disservice to Europeans by holding it back over a trademark dispute. They're a European company--have they no continental pride???
I still think it's more about Ubisoft didn't want to re-license all the music for EU until they were sure the game was worth spending the extra money on.
They just demoed the game in the UK so the "wheels are in motion"
