It would make sense that the last song would be Black Magic Woman, given it's popularity in other music games

You're probably right, but I hope you're wrong. Something new would be nice.

Ready for DLC hint #2? This artist gained prominence in the late 60's/early 70's, but his 1999 record was actually his most successful, selling over 15 million copies!

Santana - Smooth (feat. Rob Thomas)

Awesome! I hope Rocksmith gets a Matchbox Twenty pack this year too.

So i was trying to play rocskmith and the songs would start out fine but then all of a sudden the notes wouldnt register. I could still hear the guitar, but there was no action going on in the games strings.

Has this happen to anyone else? It has happened to me several times on pc

Have you tried turning your guitar's volume up as you may have turned it down by accident while playing?

i checked the volume. but like i said, i can still hear my guitar just fine, it just stops registering. when it does, i end the song go back to the song selection, choose the song again and after a couple of tries it works. it always works at the beginning of the song and at the tuning screen.

i'll try a different port next time, see if i get less problems.

Your strings may be getting old.

People have reported having to unplug and replug the cable during a Rocksmith session, presumably a software/hardware defect.
