It's been going on longer than that I think. I remember people saying everytime anyone asked why there weren't more than 5 RBN songs a week on PS3.

That confuses me. Wii ended up getting RBN songs later in the game than PS3, so why would it just be Sony. I'd say a blame Nintendo works way better.

The "Blame Sony" meme goes way back on this site. At least as far as the RB2 release. When several bugs for the PS3 version popped up (Shaky Arrow, XMB crashes) and people started complaining, some very vocal HMX supporters started saying it, because everything had to be Sony's fault, not HMX's.
