If Capcom wasn't in a place where its biggest cash cows were "Our Characters vs. Their Characters" games, I don't think that'd be such a pipe dream. (Probably why we'll also never see any Megaman characters, either, despite that franchise being so integral to the NES years.)

Banjo-Kazooie might happen, though! They were in that Sonic racing game, so obviously not above sleeping around with other franchises.

How about Mac from Punch-Out? The Wii remake was pretty dang fun and pretty well-received.

I was also wondering if they could come up with a dumber sounding console name than the Wii and Wii-U takes the cake on dumbest letter to add to an existing console name that when said out loud makes you sound extremely dense.
