First off, I don't know who looks at this thread (HMXLachesis?), but whoever looks at this thread to give HMX the requests from here won't look to see "Hey he's an Xbox user, so we shouldn't listen to his requests!" - unless you were to come right out and say it in your post or they already knew. So yes, HMX will listen to your post.

2) Other users seem to agree with you? Great! But, if the PS3 crowd wants a song, we can tell HMX by ourselves. We don't need you to come in and influence a song request greater.

ok, how many PS3 players listen to all the RBN dlc that comes out on xbox? how many also look up the chart?
although Lowlander kinda has a different reason. you might want to consider that Xbox users can tell you what charts are fun even though you might not really like the song, and also the other way around.

and it's kinda hard to listen to someone saying that people need to follow the rules, when that person broke the rules himself a few days back

Sure Xbox can tell us what charts are fun...in the DLC Discussion Thread.

This thread is for PS3 users to request Xbox RBN songs, not Xbox users to request which songs go to PS3.

I can see this is causing you a great deal of emotional distress so I will endeavour to not cause you any more harm.

Whatever, for me it's ok to request even if they're not xbox user. Maybe they're doing this for their friends, who knows..

It was pulled, but it wasn't pulled for legal reasons, so it should be back when it's ready.
