I just wish I had known about all of this before buying a PS3 and all the games/instruments for it. I feel cheated out of content.

You cheated yourself by not doing research.

I did research, actually. I checked website reviews, system specs, and did a fair share of asking around.

Funny how many places mention that the Wii had problems with DLC and graphics, but no one mentioned that the PS3 version is basically gimped with regards to the Network.

Is it so wrong to expect the same services from the same game?

It's not the same game. It's a little more complicated conversion.

Go look up "XNA" and tell me which console it's on. That's your answer :)

Yes, but generally core content is the same across platforms. I might be OCD, but I can't exactly justify buying all the parts again AND a new console just to access content.

One solution, in my mind, would be to make a queue of all the network songs not ported over, and release one to the PS3 every month or so until the queue is empty and the content is all available.

If a month is not feasible, insert whatever time-frame is needed.

How is user made content core content?

Well, at least you got a blu-ray player out of the deal.

RBN isn't core content. It's user-generated content. Which is almost never the same cross-platform.

Pretty sure he's talking about the unported RBN1.0 songs.

At this rate you should be caught up in about 100 years.

Wait, they just released two songs on the Xbox on one of the least productive weeks.
