I was having the 800700e8 until i went to the hard drive on my xbox and went to the rock band file and moved my rock band 1 export key (since i guess it can only hold one license at a time). just delete or move the license key to another location (usb, memory card,ect.) then download or if you have it already then go start up your L:RB and go to music store, export songs, purchase. Then it should work, it worked for me and i hope this does the same with anyone else with this problem :)

On my XBOX I did not have to do any even through I do have the other export liscense as well.
Odd stuff, glad you got it working.
