....They refunded 'all' the people ? I'd like to know where you get your info from...like I said, I addressed my concerns on their page and they just got deleted, no PM..nothing. Yeah, I need AAF so bad that I'm gonna pay twice for all there songs that get jacked up, doubt it. My RB library is over 1100 at the moment...I won't be purchasing any other tracks from Alt-Strum productions.

I meant that they are still in process of refunding "everyone" rather than finished. I'll PM you the name of the RB forum name of the group who does the refunds. however, a week ago, the only Movies that was out is the working one... the broken one was pulled the day it was released over a month ago.

Hey everyone, Dryden from AAF here. Thanks for all the questions and interest in our RBN tracks!

Rock Band Games I believe are revolutionary in many ways... To get kids, and adults to develop hand eye coordination in a number of instruments is completely amazing. Even if they don't take it further into actually applying these skills to the actual instrument, it is still extremely addicting and fun to play the games themselves.

A good song to me is a song that probably will sound great completely stripped down. If it doesn't sound good acoustic guitar vocals alone, it's not gonna sound that great with all the bells and whistles that a studio has to offer. I personally enter a record with an open mind. I listen a lot. Listening to these guys jam is a treat for me, and getting familiar with their grooves is key before I open up and sing on the songs. A few songs in to a record will start to dictate the feel for the rest of the album. We've always been pretty eclectic in our taste for style, which isn't always a good thing. Certainly makes it interesting though.

I typically have a theme for each song. I will go as far to write in almost a collage form. Every word on that subject just gets written on the page. If it's used or not is unimportant. I'll then start to get rhymes going. I don't do this every time, but it's a cool method for me personally.

Attitude is my favorite Ant Farm song. I'm only speaking for myself on all of these questions mind you. It just has such a mature sound for how young we actually were at that time in our lives. Live... I can't choose a favorite. All the heavy stuff. Sticks and Stones is great for me.

Solos are perfect when done tastefully. I'm sure most bands feel the same way. I think we pick and choose our solos wisely. Terry can solo with the best of them, but chooses not to most of the time.

We are all over the map here. From Queen to Slayer. From Sade to Steely Dan. From The Refused to Harry Connick Jr. I usually pull my inspiration from an author before a musician though.

Expect 110 percent of our heart. We've always tried to write every song like it has hit potential, and in my eyes they are. Whether they become a hit or not isn't in my control. We just did three months on the road to raise awareness that we are back. We will be back on tour once this record is done. See you out there :)

I have to say this neck injury is a part of my life everyday. Permanent nerve damage gives me limitations. I try to progress and move along the best I can. Do me a favor... Never break your neck. Not cool.

This video was amazing to make. Hanging out with a chimp all day is always a good way to spend the day. Incorporating his videos into ours seemed the most fun and logical really. I'll never forget jumping up on that car and having the windows blow out. Scary!

These Days video shoot was ridiculous. The video is more popular than the song I think. We wanted to crash an event. More in fun than with malice. BET awards was going on at the time and it seemed perfect. The cops were pretty upset. More in the fact that we had dead bolted each door to get up to the room. They had to use bolt cutters to get on the roof where we were at. HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA.

Good question. She was beautiful, right? I never got her number. Pat Morita was amazing. He kept hitting on my girlfriend. Hilarious. RIP Pat...

We do actually put Keys in a lot of our songs. They might be buried, but they're in there. You can be my keyboardist anytime. Love, Dryden.

2 of my questions were answered; awesome!
There should be more interviews like this; I like the mix of general questions with quirky, band-specific ones.

    Dear AAF,

please try to get Wish to the game as fast as possible. After listening to some good ol' THPS3 soundtrack I am insanely addicted to that song (and a couple other songs from the soundtracK) and I need to play it on drums because it's amazing.
