    ***HMX EDIT 12/16***

I just got confirmation from the Audio team that our version of Voodoo Child (Slight Return) (Live) is from Woodstock, but it's shorter than the version that appears on the album. The stems we received are 6:39 long, so that's what you can expect on Tuesday. It is sure to be EPIC so start practicing your finger exercises now.

Yay, more Hendrix! Really looking forward to drumming these songs.

Hint explanation time: all the hints had to do with the use of an awesome version of All Along the Watchtower on the popular (and also awesome) TV show Battlestar Galactica (the most recent version, not the original). If you haven't seen the show yet and still want to (or haven't made it to the last season yet), don't read on, because HERE BE MAJOR PLOT SPOILERS, MATEY:

On the show, the 'Final Five' Cylons hidden among the humans were 'triggered' when they heard All Along the Watchtower. Each of the first five hints refers to one of those characters from the show:

Hint 1: The Winchesters are a reference to the main characters from TV show Supernatural. Kali is a reference to the episode Hammer of the Gods (and one poster absolutely nailed this, but didn't know how to follow up further), in which that character is played by actress Rekha Sharma, who also portrays Final Five Cylon Tory Forster on BSG.

Hint 2: Master Chief + Tirol = Chief Tyrol.

Hint 3: The Song of Hannah is in bible book Samuel. Samuel + Anders (And) = Samuel Anders.

Hint 4: The pictures showed general Tullius from Skyrim (so not Caesar, despite what some might think), and Batman villain Deathstroke. Actor Michael Hogan did the voice acting for Tullius and played Deathstroke on the TV show Smallville, and also played Colonel Saul Tigh on BSG.

Hint 5: Valerie Archer is played by actress Kate Vernon, who played the last of the Final Five, Ellen Tigh.

Major kudos to waxparrot for getting it right!

    ***Magnet's Hints***

9 + Caesar = Roman Numeral for Nine

Was hoping for Genesis, Elton John or Guns N Roses. :(

I'll get AATW and Voodoo Child, I guess.

Long Hot Summer Night! Favorite Hendrix song of all time, never thought I'd see it without Electric Ladyland full album. Getting all of it.

Freakin awesome DLC!!!! Love me some More Hendrix. Getting it all. The only unfortunate thing is its looks like some of the masters for both albums are gone, unless HMX completes both albums in the future. Queen, Rush and Hendrix all in one month? Fantastic!
