So when it says you are penalized for playing on lower difficulties, what does that mean exactly? If my highest score is on Hard, but I've played Expert, does that make my Skill Rating lower than if I only played on Expert (but had the same Expert score and not the higher Hard score)?

What is the "Top %" category ... is that a percentage for your Skill Rating or for your overall points Score?

It means the easier difficulties are worth less in the weighting system. You (probably) can't hit 100 if you have a library that's not straight Expert.

Yup. It's just the Total Score Rank leaderboard that's already existed for years. If you want a level playing field, feel free to take a glance at the Rock Band 3 Career Rank leaderboard for your instrument of choice.

*Easy enough to do if you export all of your solo performances from RockBandScores.com into a CSV file. Open it in Excel, make a new cell in O2 with the formula =(K2/100)*LOG(J2) and copy that all the way down column O for every song. Then sort by column O, descending.

On the site, my "Signature Performance" is "Interstate Love Song" on Pro Drums.

Using your formula ("Interstate Love Song" is 115th):
    1. "Hey Man Nice Shot" (Pro Bass)
    2. "Jesus of Suburbia" (Guitar)
    3. "Roam" (Pro Drums)
    4. "Master of the Universe" (Guitar)
    5. "Yoshimi Battles the Pink Robots Pt. 1" (Guitar)

Highest scoring ("Interstate Love Song" is 750th):
    1. "Hey Man Nice Shot" (Pro Bass)
    2. "2112" (Guitar)
    3. "The Look" (Pro Bass)
    4. "Antibodies" (Pro Guitar)
    5. "...And Justice for All" (Pro Guitar)

Facebook Apps are blocked here at work so I can't check what that says my "best performance" is right now.

Interesting. For a lot of people, the formula winds up putting their rockband.com Signature Performance right up near the top. But it doesn't seem to work so well for people that have a lot of top scores (like you!). I'm obviously missing some factor. I think I'll set up a regression this weekend and see if I can get close to figuring out their formula.

So, which do YOU think is the best representative of your Signature Performance? Does Roam seem like a reasonable selection? Or are some of the other ProDrums scores up towards the top (Mony Mony, We Weren't Born to Follow) ever better?

Well, I am probably most proud of my "Hey Man Nice Shot" scores (FC on both Pro Guitar and Pro Bass) but I don't play the pro instruments very often, so I don't think it would pick those. I tend to play Pro Drums the most nowadays, followed by 5-button guitar. "Roam" is an OK choice since I have a 1st place score on it, though I would have preferred if it picked something more difficult. My "Roundabout" 5-button guitar score is pretty decent.

I wish the star ratings on rockbandscores.com were more accurate. I also have accurate star ratings for any songs I play solo on scorehero, but that doesn't list difficulty.

    99.1 on Pro Drums

    Not bad :)

I love this, I hope we can get more and more functionality in the dashboard. I would suggest My Gameplay since for some of us it does not load anymore here in the site.

95.4 on Bass. Not bad, but room for improvement.

The Dashboard says I have 5 stars on TTFaF guitar. While that's nice of it to think, it's just not true.
