    Out of curiosity though, would Sue Ya be possible if it where to be available or is it to similar to the RATM songs it is inspired by?

    If the songwriting credits say "Al Yankovic" and nobody else, it's a original song. If it's a note-for-note copy of an existing song, it's a parody. I don't see what's not to understand about that.
