I lost my trail of thought and wasn't associating the poll with the post till later. I'm gonna go back to screaming at the Price is Right.

If the songwriting credits say "Al Yankovic" and nobody else, it's a original song. If it's a note-for-note copy of an existing song, it's a parody. I don't see what's not to understand about that.
