What about songs with only one track?
They're rare, but they exist. I know I have a song or two from the RBN that are only keyboards.

So, what happens in Blitz then?

Well, I gather there's just the one track.

One track. Defeats the 'purpose' of the game, but they can't exactly invent notes.

I'm personally really looking forward to playing Green Day's Song Of The Century. :D

Hopefully there'll be something along the lines of a 'get 100%' type achievement, that will be made infinitely easier by that track. ;)

On this note, do harmonies get separate tracks? So up to 7 lanes?

This makes me tempted to go ahead and release 4'33"

I think Song of the Century is the only non-RBN song that has only one part.
