    Cool.

Like I said minor annoying. I just found the "You are ranked in the top15% of the leaderboard" message after every song in RB a waste of energy (for me) because I always ignore. That as a toggleable ability to turn off (so it didn't go look) would be cool - but very minor annoyance. :D

I am really looking forward to blitz.

Challenges are always one on one. BUT, there are more things coming soon...

    Another question about Score Wars.

If you choose to play a score war and beat a friends score do you immediately receive the award or does the time limit allow them to try and beat the new score and earn the points for themselves. Essentially once the initial score is beaten is the score war over?

The war runs till it expires (we've been trying different lengths: as long as 7 days and as short as 1. Right now we seem to be settled on 3 days, but we might adjust that after launch depending on how people use the Score Wars).

As long as it's active you can keep replaying the song. The highest score from each player is counted at the end.

Have you encountered the issue Pope tweeted about yesterday where he claimed that the score war expired while he was half way through a song attempt. If this is the case are there any plans to deal with that? Say for example allowing a score to count if it was started prior to the expiration?

Though how you would deal with that if you paused the game might prove to be an issue.

We did discuss it during development. What I recall (and I may be incorrect) was that we ended up showing an expiration time that is 5 minutes earlier than it actually expires. It's a bit of a hack, but it will cover the vast majority of cases.

As you point out, there are edge cases with long songs, or leaving a song paused. Oh Well! If you challenge someone to the 2112 medley you get what you deserve.

That's probably what Pope was doing. He LOVES Rush.

Fair Enough, i know how edge cases can be. Someone always finds a way around them.
Appreciate the answers... now I just want to play it :)
