What we can learn from this is that Twisted Sister isn't GH exclusive (anymore) so "We're Not Gonna Take It" and "I Wanna Rock" could be released on RB.

They never were exclusive. Only Aerosmith, Metallica, Van Halen, and The Eagles were exclusive.

They possibly had an exclusive with RHCP(with the rumored game) and Soundgarden(with gh6 being sold with their new album, or something like that) which both likely both lapsed because of gh's shelving soon after said possible deals.

How were the Eagles exclusive?

Not only that, but I think Guitar Hero has only had 1 RHCP song since Harmonix stopped making Guitar Hero games.
