The two most aggravating gameplay bugs, IMHO, are this (PS3):

1. Sliding your thumb across the direction buttons on the left side of the controller so that you hit two buttons only counts as one hit (even though YOU HIT TWO BUTTONS). (Apparently, as long as one button for the track is still pressed down, pressing other buttons which map to the same track will have no effect.... whoops!)
2. Switching tracks while you're doing the Jackpot powerup breaks your streak, even when you don't miss any notes. (I guess this has something to do with the timing window of notes, but normal gamer-types can't be expected to understand "timing window bug" - all they know is that they didn't miss any notes but somehow lost the jackpot streak anyway.)

There's also the gameplay bug where the Road Rage car is invisible every once in a while. Since that doesn't appear to affect points scored (the invisible car still runs down the notes), I think that bug is not as serious.

This thread would be infinitely more useful (and probably have a better chance of being stickied) if the OP would summarize all bugs found on the first page - jibjqrkl!

Another gameplay bug is when you activate jackpot and break it..and activate it again immediately, the jackpot counter is faded on the top right corner on the screen instead of showing up in the middle like it should.

There are also a few Road Rage bugs mentioned. One of them is the Road Rage animation and graphics are completely invisible, and another is if you activate and collect OD fast enough to activate it again at times, it will say you can use Road Rage on your meter despite having no overdrive.

I just noticed that Jackpot bug myself recently; it actually really messed me up because I thought it had already expired because I didn't see the counter up in the center of the screen, and I got a little more careless than I normally would be under Jackpot, so I lost it.

I actually wonder if the "disappearing Road Rage animation" is really a bug at all...it could be that the game is detecting when the player's view might be more obscured than usually depending on the angle of the turning or if you're in Blitz mode, and then intentionally not showing the animation if certain conditions are met.

Ok, I just played 1901 and the drum chart has notes layered on top of notes. Its most noticeable when a powerup lands on it. Its a weird half and half mutant note. Its on drums and its on the 3rd "chord" note in a set before it goes to single notes. You need to hit left twice on it to not break streak.

I was playing it and drums look to be a lot of points so I redid my powerups and found I couldn't keep a streak on drums.

I find this more odd than those quick ghost notes on Cheat on the Church was it? Or Graveyard BBQ?

Hello, have PS3, RB3, with 300+ dlc. every dlc i try to do "practice" mode, the screen freezes. I have to manually turn off the PS3, restart it, and still same result every time I try to "practice" any dlc. Suggestions to fix this? Thanks.

this is the bug report for rock band blitz. you need to have the one in the top section of the forums.

and i've heard this happen to other people on PS3 before, i don't think there's actually a fix for it. but there's a small chance i'm wrong

I've had trouble with Blitz not "closing" correctly on the PS3. It will seem to shut down, but the XMB won't come back up, and I have to kill the power to get the unit off (the lights stay on and the power is responsive). This happened when I tried to shut down the PS3 from the controller menu, and felt like it came dangerously close again when I simply quit (took a lot longer than normal).

Only difference lately other than the new Chicago DLC is the new PS3 system patch.

I have this bug where I have to wait a few minutes when ever I sign into my psn, if I don't then the games will freeze at where it's saying T for teens. It gets annoying because I have to shut off my ps3 with the switch in the back and it has takes 10 more minutes because the ps3 was not shut off properly. I hope they fix this.

Dude, that sounds more like an issue with your PS3 than the game. I suggest redownloading the game, and maybe checking the HD to see if that's dying.
