Is there any way to do this? I own Rock Band 2 and want the Rock Band 2 songs for Blitz, but I don't own Rock Band 3. Is it possible to export without Rock Band 3?

If you have an Xbox you might try plugging the RB2 jacket code into "Redeem Code" in the Guide. Online at Xbox.com you can buy the RB2 Export Key ala carte (it says that it's compatible with RB3 and Blitz).
