Track Pack Volume 2 is $2.95 right now on Amazon. Really not sure how you'd be wasting money.

I already have the RB3 versions of those so even if it was just a few bucks it would be a waste.

It certainly has its downsides. There is a huge plethora of things that I would be willing to pay more for to be able to look at, feel, try out, etc, at a store before purchasing it.
