I haven't found an answer to this question: can non-Rock Band Worlded people earn stars for community goals?

I don't think so as on Rock Band World you link your gamertag to the app which allows them to record your scores.

Ok... I logged on to rock band world tonight to find another community goal under my tally... I thought we failed the last one?
