Excellent week, buying everything, including the pro upgrade.

With these new tracks, this year's DLC has contributed 31 songs that I really like, and we still have the promise of more John Parr in the RBN. That's a good year. And, that's a good run.

It's been five years of awesome tunes, great memories, and some improved chops playing and singing along with some of my favorite songs. I will always be grateful for what Harmonix has given, combining two of my biggest passions, music and video games, into a single experience. Here's hoping it keeps going for just a little longer, but as of now, it is everything I feel is fair to hope for.

Catch y'all on the flip side.

Since this is the year anniversary of the community Rock Band thread I thought in celebration we'd talk about what TAG is going to be doing for the NEXT year. So here's an advanced 'look' at what we'll be bringing to you later in 2013.

This stuff is still a ways out. We've got our current pile of fun to get through, but we wanted to do something special for the thread in honor of the year mark so here goes!

Since I started TAG there's been some watershed bands (at least for me) that I've been chasing since even before we released our first piece of DLC. We finally locked down a lot of them and so I'm proud to announce a VERY early look at what you can expect in 2013 (later half of) from TAG.

You should probably sit down ;)

    The return of Fearless Records
    American Head Charge
    Slightly Stoopid
    Black Light Burns (Wes Borland)
Early Avenged Sevenfold (first two albums)
    Sublime
    Children of Bodom
    The return of Subpop records
    In Flames
    Brendon Small/Dethklok

It's been a hell of a year for us at TAG.

2013 is going to be even better.

See you all next announcement thread and everyone keep rockin!

Not a fan of any of it but don't dislike it either. Don't like it enough to buy them at the moment so possible rainy day purchases for me.

I haven't bought much RB3 DLC lately with Rock Band Blitz being the only thing I've bought for a while. Only four songs in the last four months with the exception of Blitz. Thankfully Blitz had about a dozen songs I like and the awesome sale has caused me to spend a lot of money on RB1&2 era rainy day DLC. So whilst the current DLC has been a bit outside my tastes lately, I've been more than satisfied with my other purchases.

It's low quality for some reason, but in the meantime, here's a preview vid.

So stoked for some of the bands coming to the RBN in 2013. Brendon Small/Deathklok! Awesome.

Ah yes. We know how reliable that video player is.

Once RBA puts it up on YouTube, then you can say it's useless.
