When I say always, it doesn't mean 100% but more like 99%. One reboot does work 99% of the time. (okey not 99%, maybe like 95%, I didn't count, really, I don't know, but it works) And in the case where one reboot doesn't work, it doesn't take alot of reboots to get it connected.

Without going through a lot of packet capture and knowledge of the structure of the login requests I can't analyze what is happening when you see the message "Connecting to..." the length of time it waits for a timeout, or if there is even a properly functional error trapping routine in place there. I don't know if it has a timer that increases the amount of time waiting between connection attempts as is common in client server applications to prevent a self inflicted denial of service on your own systems. I have many years of experience with this you can continue to believe what you want to believe, and if you can not grasp that this is a capacity issue by all the evidence that has been laid out in front of you then I can't convince you.

Your post makes my eyes bleed it is all over the board, when a say all i mean like 99 but not like 99 more like 95 and when one doesn't it doesn't take a lot where it has ALWAYS worked with 1, WTH are you saying.

I reconnected sitting at the menu had been there since 5 I kept checking back and forth, now normally when i connects sitting on the main menu the next message section loads the rest of it's feed, but this time it had been displaying 1 of 2, I went to play online and it connected. I then went to finding online players and found you and someone else and he dropped then you dropped.

I believe what I see in terms of the problems I run into, which is a fairly small ammount of times.

Also, that dude was the host, no idea what happened.

All right I'll to do daily updates on my RCS situation, so I can see really, how much frequently I need more than one restart to connect.

Lets start with today:

Earlier, took one restart
Got a weird problem (I just made a thread about it) so I restarted the game, didn't connect, so I restarted, and connected, like usual.

I will edit this post if I reboot the game for any reason today.

All right, it is now 11:30 am GMT-5, booted the game, wasn't connected, so I rebooted and got connected.

Around 6:00pm, connected first try.


Will keep this post for today, if needed.

I had nothing but headaches trying to connect to RCS yesterday. I tried unsuccessfully several times, and at different times of the day. :(

Today, I was invited to join a band and was amazed that I was connected without experiencing any problem at all. :)

It's strange how sometimes I start playing RB and I can connect first time instantly, and yet other times it takes forever to connect. In those times I usually play a few songs and then try to connect and then usually it lets me. If not, if I'm alone I generally ignore it. It's when trying to play with others that it bothers me.


In short, these need fixing. But sadly I think they won't ever be. :(

Sadly, for leaderboards players (like me) it's useless to play without being connected. So far there isn't one day I haven't been able to connect within 10 minutes, but I just hope this problem doesn't affect me like most people in the future.. lol

I can see why this would be an issue. If I'm going for high scores or beating my friend's scores, then I obviously need to see the leaderboards. Otherwise I can leave it, since I'm not in the really high ranks I don't always play for high scores.

Ok another FIRST TIME connection at around 10:45 tonight.
Getting high hopes that they fixing they are doing is working, i RARELY was first connecting before they started.
