PS3 - EST

It's 10:38 a.m. and I'm connected right now.

Wii - EST 10:45am is now working as well.

The PS3 problem should have been resolved as of 10:30 AM Eastern today. If you're still experiencing problems, please let us know. Thanks!

Can we get a little more info? the PS3 has become a crap-shoot when it comes to server issues (xmb, can't connect etc.) what caused this issue? and is it likely to randomly occur again?

Thank you for calling this out. While in this case we were aware of the problem, there are times when things go wrong that don't immediately set off alarms, and getting word from you that something is wrong is really important to getting it fixed.

They probably just rebooted the PS3 servers and went back to monitoring the Xbox 360 servers. (Only servers that matter)
