I purchased Lego: Rock Band today, primarily for Export to RB3. However, when I type in my code on this website, I get this error.

Just wondering if it really is temporary, or if I should contact somebody.

I'm getting this same issue and like you I just bought this game to export it wtf?

Yeah Bront but when I contacted tech support they said a lot of people are having this issue and they are investigating it so I guess its just wait and see..

I hope they fix this because with some Christmas money I was going to buy it so I can play through it and export it.

I had the same issue. I contacted Wb with my issue and they replied:


Please note that rented copies or used copies are not eligible for a code. The code is only provided for the original purchaser of a new game purchase. If you purchased a new sealed copy of the game for Windows, Xbox 360 or Playstation 3, please provide the following in order to obtain any appropriate codes.

- A dated proof of purchase (receipt, invoice) showing the purchase of a NEW copy of the game(not a rented or used copy, nor a copy purchased from Ebay).
- Was the game shrink-wrapped like new at the time of purchase?
- A scan of the package and game disc(s) and the code sheet.
- What country was the game purchased in?
- What country are you in?
- What country is your Console account based in?

I replied with that data and I got the code.
