It will be relevant until the actual game systems come out, then you might get some ports from last gen while other's just humor you with "special Wii editions"

Games came out on PS3 and Wii U and was still worse if not on par with the PS3 version. A system that is old enough to be in school.

yeah there are a few games that are worse but that is because of the developers

Assassin's Creed, Black Ops, Mass Effect, Batman, and Darksiders are all just as good if not better

Anyone else a little annoyed we didn't get to see the console itself? Or was that just me?....

The games still looked cool though

Just as good. Your "next gen" console has game that are just as good as games that came out for a console that is 6 years old. The games should be all undoubtedly better on Wii U because its "next gen".

Ive played some Blops and AC on Wii U and I can say they are not better. The pro controller for Wii U is not conformable for me and AC has serious framerate issues. Ive seen Mass Effect and Batman both being played and they are barely as good as the other versions and thats a stretch.

The Wii U is only next gen in release date. This is why I want Nintendo to get out of the home console business and become a third party. And Sony needs to get out of the handheld market because its just embarassing comparing anything they've done to what Nintendo has done.

At this rate you might get Skyrim, Dragon Age II, Portal 2, and Bioshock in the next 4 years.

Sooooo.... Doesn't read like I missed much according to the posts in here during the stream. The conference kept on cutting out and was extremely choppy on my phone... I tried listening through a couple of sites and none lasted long.

Oh, and got my $10. I wonder if its because I hadn't yet installed the latest storefront update? I had to DL that update to get the credit.
