The only band I've heard of from those three is Mudvayne, and I dislike them a fair bit.
Personally, I'm hoping it's all 80's from here on out.
Isn't the drummer the same one from Pantera?
Does it surprise anyone that Patrick Carney (drummer for the Black Keys) produced this album? (The actual song doesn't begin until about forty seconds in.)
Answer: No
But anyways, I saw them live this summer and they were awesome. They were opening for The Trews (who you may know from the RBN), and at the end of the concert, both bands shared the stage to perform a medley of "Whole Lotta Love" and "Rock and Roll" -- the best cover of either song that I've ever heard.
Video was neat, song was just kinda bleh.
Cyndi Lauper?
Studdz just wanna have fun
The Sheepdogs get a decent amount of radio play here in Canada. And fun fact: they were the first unsigned band to ever make it onto the front cover of Rolling Stone Magazine. It happened last year, or maybe the year before. They've got some groovy songs.
These are their three biggest hits here, but they've got much better stuff.
